Waltham Forest College
A £190k refit of the catering training kitchen, carried
out over a 6 week programme, during the college's
summer break.
JAP ran this as a turnkey project, organising everything
from the complete initial strip out to the fitting
out of whiterocked walls, false ceiling, altro on the
floors and all the necessary services. We installed a
new ventilation system and canopies and supplied
and installed new catering equipment throughout.
The fully operational kitchen was handed back to the
client on budget and on time.

Arnolfini Gallery, Bristol
A new kitchen was designed by JAP to make best use
of a small basement area, allocated to service the new
ground floor public cafe and restaurant, using food
hoists to transport plated meals between the two levels.
In addition to supplying and installing the catering
equipment, JAP also fitted out the ground floor bar,
providing the central feature in this dramatic, ultramodern
eating and drinking environment.

Bentley's Fish Restaurant, London, W1
This London landmark restaurant was completely
refurbished, prior to a grand re-opening under
Michelin starred chef, Richard Corrigan.
JAP redesigned all three kitchens, utilising innovative
ideas to incorporate the best use of space in the layouts
and designs, offering maximum efficiency in
workflows for all the chefs.
The £250,000 project was completed to a very tight
programme, with a satisfied client taking up occupation
in good time for the busy run up to Christmas. |
